In this activity we have relaxing music, cosmic yoga, What is mindfulness and Yeti breathing. To complete this task: 1. Click on the picture to the left to open the interactive Mindfulness board. 2. Click on each picture in turn ~ this will open up a safe You-tube video on different ways to keep your mind and body healthy. 3. Click on the button to open up a template for you to write on. 4. Use tool and write about TWO things you liked from the Mindfulness today, and ONE thing you could improve about your own Mindfulness. 5. Click on the to save your work to your journal.
