When I assigned this to my own class, I had a mini lesson on cause-and-effect as the first slide of the activity template. If you are teaching this in person you may not need the first slide mini lesson. If you are doing this remotely you may want to add a slide for a lesson on cause-and-effect prior to completing the activity.
