Food Tracker and Calorie Counter

Keep track of all food for one day - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts. Click on add Using the label tool, document the food items you eat. Please be specific. Example: Fried eggs, baked chicken, oreo cookies, etc. Complete the serving size and calories. Total the number of calories eaten that day. Go to page 2, follow the directions on the calorie counter. Using the label, enter the calculated calories. Go back to page 1 and answer the questions in the caption Once completed, please click on the check to submit your work.
