Is all of the logging and destruction of old growth forests necessary? 1. As a class, think about and discuss what a need and a want is. 2. Read the book, "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein. 3. After reading the story, brainstorm some ideas of products we get from trees. 4. You need to sort these on your own into needs and wants. 5. To look for pictures, go to https://photosforclass.com/ 6. Sort them into needs and wants on the seesaw template. Add at least 5 pictures to each side of the template.
