                    Wake up with Joe and get yourself active for the day! Join Joe for a 15 minute session involving body weight exercises, so you can do them anywhere at anytime!
Complete  the 3 minute warm up before you begin and then follow the pace of the video, or speed up/slow down repetitions and pace dependent on difficulty.  Count your repetitions, can you beat your highest score?
Watch the 
 and follow along with the exercises. Do your best but most importantly, have fun!
