Student Instructions
PE today is going to involve the outdoors. 1- Choose a sport you would like to practice outside (and have space and equipment for) *you may need to get creative on how you can do this, you have got this! 2- Go outside and practice 3- Feel free to change up the activity, just make sure you can keep it going 4- For extra credit stop every 10 minutes and do 10 star jumps, 10 burpees, 10 situps and skip for 2 minutes.
