Mindfulness Board #2

It is important that we make time for ourselves. A healthy body also includes a healthy mind - try Go Noodle melting, Cosmic Kids good choices, Butterfly meditation and Superhero yoga. To complete this task: 1. Click on the picture link to the left to open the Mindfulness board. 2. Click on each picture in turn. 3. Click on the add button to open up the learner template. 4. Use label tool and write about TWO things you liked from the Mindfulness today, and ONE thing you could improve about your mindfulness techniques. 5. Click on the check to save your work to your journal.
