Dear Dragons, Over Spring Break the rest of the world joined us in the Covid-19 pandemic. Many new reflections are coming out about how to talk about, archive, and stay happy and healthy during this crisis. And as one educator in the US pointed out, we are living through history. I challenge you to start a journal, and record the thoughts and experiences your child is having during this period. You can use paper to record their thoughts, drawings, pictures, or you can use a digital journal like the example. This is not something to share with the class, rather it is a way for children to have a memory of living through this historic time. 1. Adults can write down ideas, comments, observations from their child. 2. Children can add by drawing or taking pictures. 3. Add to the journal regularly, then save it once we are able to go back to school and have a more normal time.
