Narrative Writing Lesson 8

LI: To be able to edit my writing SC: I can use C.U.P.S to identify and discuss errors C - Capitals: Have you given all your M.I.N.T.S a capital letter? U - Usage: do your nouns and verbs match correctly? P - Punctuation: Full stops, commas, exclamation marks, question marks, quotation marks, apostrophes. S - Spelling: Check with a dictionary or iPad. Remember to use your phonograms for support. 1. video Watch the video attached to refresh your C.U.P.S and A.R.M.S knowledge. 2. Spend 10 minutes editing a piece of your free choice writing. Don't forget to use a different coloured pencil. Take a photo of your editing. 3. Click add - then click the addpage Add Page button to upload a photo of your editing work to this activity. 4. Continue on with free choice writing in your Writing books (don't forget to rule your margin and add the date). Set your timer for 30 minutes. When your writing time is up, please take a photo of your writing and place it in the Writing folder with a caption. Happy Writing!
