Decompose a Hundred Activity 1

For this activity you will be demonstrating your mastery of decomposing a hundred into tens using base ten blocks. Read the directions TWO TIMES before you begin the activity. Directions: 1. Use the drawing tool to draw the least number of base ten blocks to represent the number. 2. Then, use the drawing tool to draw the base ten blocks that shows a hundreds block decomposed into tens rods. 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each number in the grid. 4. Click the RECORD tool and tell how many hundreds, tens and ones blocks are in each number AFTER a tens rod has been decomposed.
