Hi Stage One! For our first poetry lesson for Term 3, we will be focusing on our 5 senses. Do you know what your 5 senses are? They are seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling and touching. You will need a piece of fruit for this activity. First, listen to the meditation https://app.smilingmind.com.au/sessions/5/11/ and focus on eating your piece of fruit slowly, paying attention to the way it tastes, smells, feels, sounds and looks like. Then, you will be writing a piece of poetry using the template. Remember - choose your own piece of fruit. I wonder if any of the teachers can guess what you ate for your fruito? Have fun! Ms Wallace
