It's time to help Batman take on the villains of Gotham City again! Train along with The Dark Knight himself at his temporary Bat-cave and get yourselves crime fighting ready! You have 30secs work and 10secs rest. Perform these 6 exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds. Your Exercises :- BAT BLASTS - 30sec RIDDLER CRUNCH - 30secs BAT BLASTS - 30secs DENT KICKS - 30secs HARLEY HITS - 30secs PENGUIN PRESS - 30secs Watch the video and copy the moves. Keep up with speed, or pick your own pace and challenge yourself. Get up, get moving and have fun!
