Finding Moments of Calm

We all experience some level of stress or anxiety in our lives. Think about what helps to calm you down when you experience those types of moments. 1. Find an object or picture (or really anything) that will help you to take 5 deep breaths when you are experiencing times of stress, anxiety, or strong emotions. 2. Put it by your workspace. 3. Take a picture of what this object is and then describe how it helps you to calm down. You may use the mic or label or video tools, 4. Review the check-list to make sure you have done everything. Tap the check button to turn in the activity.
