Student Instructions

One of my favourite things to do when I was young was to create my own games to play. I would use things I found in nature or just things round my house to make these games. A bucket and a tennis ball turned into tennis golf, old bottles were used for bowling games, coins were used for throwing or sliding games trying to get them as near to a spot as I could. Creating new games can be difficult at first. When you realize that the game does not need to be perfect it becomes easier to do. You can create a game and then keep changing the rules until it becomes more fun. My challenge to you for screen free day is to create many games for you and your family. We can share these games on a Zoom chat and perhaps play them together at school in the future. In the example file, I include some example games to help you have some ideas. on Thursday, you can make a video of the games you created for the response. Lets all go and be game Inventors
