Cinquain Poems

A cinquain poem is a special kind of poem that has five lines. It often does not rhyme. Each line has a special job. The first line is a noun. The second line has 2 adjectives describing the noun. The third line has 3 verbs about the noun. The fourth line is a phrase about the noun. The last line is a synonym for the noun in the first line. I have shared an example with you and you may watch the video for more ideas! Please use the mic to read me your cinquains. I can't wait to read and listen your poems.
