This is a great activity for English Language Learners. If the student does not have enough language to say the sentences on their own, you can give them a simple pattern sentence such as- "This is the grandmother." And then you can ask them to put it into a questions- "Is this the grandmother?" The more language they can produce and practice the quicker they will become proficient.
