One partner has SEESAW open to the activity. The other partner has the DICE page open to roll the dice. 1) 2) You and your partner each choose a color. You will write your answers in your color. 3) Click to roll the dice. 4) Multiply the two numbers together. Be sure to draw your rectangular array using the numbers you rolled. - If you roll 5 and 2 you can draw 5 across and 2 down OR 2 across and 5 down. You cannot draw one across and ten down. That is the same answer, but different factors (the two numbers you multiply). 5) Taking turns, keep going until you each have rolled one time that won't fit on the grid. Variation: You each get a grid to complete. The SEESAW partner will need to go back and forth between the pages.
