Student Instructions

How do you handle stress? It is not healthy to keep stress in. It builds up and can affect your mood and your school work. Here are some ideas: *Exercise. Regular exercise is one of the best ways to manage stress. *Write or draw. It is helpful to write about the things that are bothering them. *Let feelings out. Talk about them, shout about them, get them out. *Do something fun. *Learn ways to relax. Do some mindfulness activities or yoga. *Laugh. When you are doing school work and you feel stressed, take a brain break. Stretch, close your eyes, get a glass of water, or squeeze something to let it all out. Stress Ball To make a stress ball, get a balloon and some rice. Using a funnel, fill the balloon with rice and tie it. When you are feeling stressed, you can squeeze it with all your might. Let it out!
