Day 4 - The Theme Park Project Welcome to the Theme Park Project. Throughout this project, you will be tested in your ability to calculate, design, advertise and present your very own theme park! These activities could be undertaken in a small group or as an individual. Follow the week long plan for a successful outcome: STAGE 1 - BUILDING YOU BUDGET AND PARK DESIGN STAGE 2 - CALCULATE RUNNING COSTS STAGE 3 - PREDICTING PROFITS STAGE 4 - DESIGNING AN ADVERT STAGE 5 - ANNUAL PROFITS STAGE 6 - BROCHURE PRODUCTION We hope you are enjoying completing this project, and thanks to Twinkl for the resources :-) STAGE 4 - DESIGNING AN ADVERT Read the example attached through carefully. Use page 19, Zero Gravity, as an example as to what you could produce for your advert, using all the tips in the example slides provided. TASK 1 - Money Decide on your advertising strategy and where you will spend your advertising money - you need to have some left after your build! Fill out page one using labels label to say how much you will spend on your campaign. TASK 2 - Design Having chosen which advert(s) you are going to make, you need to create your designs! Pages two onward are different templates for you to produce your adverts, from internet ads to posters. Choose the one(s) you want to use and delete the other pages by hitting the 3 dots 3dots on the page in the toolbar on the right hand side. Use a combination of the following to create your adverts: Labels label Pencil pencil Pens pen Highlighter highlighter Shapes shapes Glowpen glowpen Don't forget to voice record mic yourself reading your advert(s) before submitting them!
