Scientific Method Experiment "What sinks and what floats?"

Student Instructions

1. Find 4 small things that can be dipped in water, ask an adult to help you. 2. Find a bowl and fill it with water. 3. Tap add to start. 4. Page 1: Make your hypothesis. Do a prediction on the things that will float and the things that will sink. Use the photo tool to take photos of your objects and place them under the "Object" column. Use the pen tool to do a check ✅ on the columns for "sink" or "float". 5. Page 2: Do your experiment, take a photo of the objects on or in the water. 6. Page 3: Make your conclusion. Show your results on the chart. You can use the same photos photo of the objects that you used and with the pen tool write a check ✅ on the columns for "sink" or "float" 7. Page 4: To know why some things float and some sink, watch the video on the last page. 8. Tap check to submit your work.
