Teachers, save “Five Senses Hike” to assign it to your class.

1. Watch the slideshow about using your five senses on a hike. 2. Take a nature walk with your grown-ups. 3. Take one to for each sense you used (five photos max). An example might be a picture of you with flowers for the sense of smell. 4. Take time to record in your journal all about your walk. Be sure to use a capitol letter at the beginning of your sentences and sentence stoppers at the end. Sound out the words that are tricky.
