Hi Boys and Girls, Today we will do 20 minutes Exercise Challenge. This challenge will help you to energize and get stronger. Your goal is to complete at 20 minutes of exercise. In case you feel like doing some extra workout and you want to get extra minutes, you are welcome. Simply go on any video from the list and try you best. If you find that workouts are too hard, take rest for one minute and continue until you are done. Learning intention:I am learning to get 20 minutes of fitness every day. Success Criteria: I can get 20 minutes of fitness every day.
