Student Instructions
Elmo has been given a lot of jelly beans. He is wondering how many there are.
Help him count them.
Sort them into groups of 10. ( tidy tens)
Then see how many are left.
On the template click on the 
tool. Drag the beans into each box.
Only put 10 beans into each box.
After that count how many beans are left in the middle.
Use the 
tool to write how many jellybeans Elmo has altogether.
You can record yourself using the 
tool. You might say "Elmo has ___ tidy tens and ____ more. That means Elmo has ___beans altogether."
