If you want to do the experiment with your students, follow these simple steps: 1. Place the egg in a transparent glass and cover it with vinegar. 2. Notice that 24 hours later the egg will be covered in bubbles. 3. 48 hours later the egg is floating and still covered in bubbles. 4. When removing the egg from the vinegar, it will be soft (elastic).
