This project based learning experience is meant to be done over an extended period of time. Think of it as a journey into discovery, where I will provide feedback throughout the learning process. Words to know: Invention: the creation of a product, or introduction to a process for the first time. Innovation: a new idea, method, or device. Innovator: to introduce something new. Prototype: a simple model that will let you test out your idea. Details of this project: Each page of this PBL will lead you further into developing a thorough understanding of the invention process. Using the tools, you will carefully follow the directions explicitly written on each page of the creative canvas. You will be asked to draw using the tools. You can also a picture of a prototype you have created. The final task will require you to create a showcasing your new ideas that have evolved through this PBL.
