Today in reader's workshop we read the book "Born to Read" and we talked about questions we can ask ourselves to help us make connections with the things we read. We thought about what some of the things in the story remind us of, or how we can relate to the character. 1. Click the link to listen to the story again. Think about your connections while you are listening. 2. Tap add 3. Tap the pencil to write a sentence about one connection that you had to the story "Born to Read". Make sure you use a capital letter at the beginning of your sentence and a period at the end! 4. Tap the pen to draw a picture that shows your connection. 5. Tap the mic to read your sentence and tell me about your connection. 6. Tap check when you are finished.
