Day 5 - The Theme Park Project Welcome to the Theme Park Project. Throughout this project, you will be tested in your ability to calculate, design, advertise and present your very own theme park! These activities could be undertaken in a small group or as an individual. Follow the week long plan for a successful outcome: STAGE 1 - BUILDING YOU BUDGET AND PARK DESIGN STAGE 2 - CALCULATE RUNNING COSTS STAGE 3 - PREDICTING PROFITS STAGE 4 - DESIGNING AN ADVERT STAGE 5 - ANNUAL PROFITS STAGE 6 - BROCHURE PRODUCTION We hope you are enjoying completing this project, and thanks to Twinkl for the resources :-) STAGE 5 - ANNUAL PROFITS Read the example attached through carefully. You may choose to complete the calculations to go in the main task on paper as you go through the example, as it details what will happen to your profits in each month. Remember, once completing your activity, you can check the example and these instructions by hitting the button saying "instructions" at the top. TASK 1 - Calculating annual profits Fill int he template with all the calculations required for your monthly profits, and then your annual profits. *** PLEASE NOTE: you will need information from previous tasks including your spend on advertising and running costs, so make sure you are able to go between the current activity and previously completed activities on Seesaw to get those figures. Once you start an activity on Seesaw, you can save it as a draft and go back into it :-) Use clear labels label to input your figures - the pen will not show up well. Don't forget to voice record mic yourself reading, telling us how you found the activity before submitting them! Good luck! :-)
