Student Instructions
Content Objective: Students will be able to write a paragraph.
Language Objective: Students will be able to write a paragraph (6 to 8 sentences) story using the sentence starter below.
Sentence starter --> I woke up and heard a BANG...
Directions for Activity:
1. Use your Thinking Voice and plan a story that would uses the sentence starter.
2. Draw or plan your story on a piece of paper or in you iPad's Notes App.
3. Click on the 
button to start the activity.
4. Type your story into the 
and check for complete sentences.
5. After typing your story read it to yourself with your Thinking Voice.
6. Look for words that you can replace with emojis.
7. Re-read your story with you Speaking Voice to yourself to check for mistakes.
8. Make any corrections then submit your story.
