Addition by Partitioning

1. Listen and follow the explanation on the first page. 2. Go to the next page and work out the sums showing the partitioning. 3. Look at the sets of numbers to be added carefully. 4. Select the label tool and split or break each number into tens and ones. 5. Select the label tool and type the tens and then the ones of both the numbers. 6. Add all the tens, use the label tool and write the total tens under the tens, then add the ones and write the total ones under ones. 7. Now add both the numbers to get the total. 8. Use a pen and write the complete number sentence with an answer. 9. Click on check ones you have completed your work.
