Loving Kindness Meditation

Hello everyone! Before you listen to the meditation, think about how you are feeling. Use the template to write or draw how you are feeling on the Before side. After the meditation, check in with yourself again. Do you feel different? The same? Write or draw your response on the After side. Remember: Whatever you are feeling is ok. All we are trying to do now is notice those feelings, not judge them.
