Year Groups: 2nd Grade, 1st Grade, Kindergarten
Subjects: English Language Arts, Phonemic Awareness, Reading
Standards: Orally segment spoken single-syllable words into their complete sequence of individual phonemes. (RF.1.2.d.), Decode regularly spelled one-syllable words. (RF.1.3.b.)

Instructions for Pupils

On each slide: 1. Use the mic to record your screen and voice. 2. Map the word by saying each sound as you move the chips to the sound boxes. 3. Say the sounds as you write the letters using the pen on the lines to spell each sound. 4. Use the glowpen to trace the arrow as you blend the word. After you have completed all the slides use the check to turn in your work.
