LEGO MakeCode

1. Go to https://makecode.mindstorms.com/ 2. View the tutorials 3. Learn the differences between the sensors (EV3 = http://www.legoengineering.com/ev3-sensors/) OR (NXT = http://www.legoengineering.com/nxt-sensors/) 4. Create a code and test it out with one of the Lego EV3 bricks 5. Submit a screenshot of your working code 6. Using the RECORDING tool, explain what you observed and the performance of the sensors and motors Microsoft MakeCode is a joint project between Microsoft Research and Visual Studio to make it simple to program microcontroller-based devices using a modern web app. Microsoft MakeCode (makecode.com) is a web-based learning environment for kids and teens to create with technology. MakeCode takes a unique approach to computing education by combining the magic of making with the power of code as a way to make learning about computers and technology more accessible and interesting to a wider audience.
