British Columbia Grade 4 Living things curriculum about different animal senses and how they sense different stimuli to us. Each sense has a question where I would encourage the kids to think of it as a super power! How would they use this super power? Sneak in to the cookie jar at night without disturbing the parents using echolocation? Write secret code messages to friends in ink that is only seen with UV senses? Follow the magnetic pull and finally find Santa at the North Pole or the Penguins down south? Never be burnt again or solve mysteries with infrared senses? These are just one of the many many ways kids might be able to use these special senses! Have fun with it!
