Hi artists! Today we are going to make the "ordinary" extraordinary! We will first learn about the artist, Georgia O'Keeffe, and then draw, and color a flower, as big as possible in our sketchbook. 1. Watch this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGsh1yTeWHA 2. Decide on the flower you would like to create: Options - * Select a photo on the Seesaw template * Do a Google search on "Flower Photography", select a photo, and take a screenshot. 3. Do your best in drawing the selected flower in your sketchbook. (Zoom in! Try to draw the flower as big as possible. Allow for the flower to go beyond the edges of the paper.) 4. Use any art supplies (crayons, colored pencils, oil pastels, markers, etc.) to color. Think about color blending and shading as you work on your piece. 5. Take a photo of your work and share it to your art teacher on Slide 1 of the Seesaw template. Be creative and have fun! Mr. Belonio
