Today we will be writing another Constructed Response using the RACE strategy. First we will read a question together, find the answer and text evidence within an article. You will then read the same article and answer a different question using evidence from the text. You will also be answering a set of multiple choice questions. 1. 2. Read the question you are going to answer, then reread the article, “Do You Bully?” Use the to highlight specific text evidence, that relates to the question. 3. Use the RACE graphic organizer and the to answer each part of the constructed response. *You can use the transition words and sentence starters on the graphic organizer to help you. 4. Go to slide 4 to construct your paragraph. Put each of the boxes from your RACE graphic together to make your paragraph. 5. Check for capitals, periods, and spelling mistakes. Make sure you have aligned your paragraph the the left and indented your first line. Each sentence should begin with a capital and end with a period. *Your paragraph should have multiple sentences. It should not be one run on sentence. 6. Then use your tool to circle the answers for the multiple choice questions. 7. when done.
