After reading THE CRANE WIFE and THE OLD WOMAN IN THE VINEGAR BOTTLE, compare the main characters in each book. Think... a.) In what ways are these characters SIMILAR? Do they say or do similar things? Do they care about same stuff? b.) In what ways are these characters DIFFERENT? Use the Venn Diagram attached to compare the 2 characters. 1.) Use the label feature to share the similarities and differences you discussed after reading. 2.) Then use the mic to explain the similarities and differences you noticed.
