We have been learning about all the different types of food that we eat during Health lessons. Protein, grains, vegetables, fruit and dairy help our bodies grow and give us energy and nutrients for the day. Some foods are healthy for our bodies and others can contain lots of sugars and fats. We call these ‘sometimes foods’ because they’re okay 👍 to have for a treat. Press Use your keyboard to add emojis in each of the columns.
