Instructions for Pupils

Emotions are like animals, some are gentle, other fierce and hard to tame. Inside this activity we take a look at an emotion we all feel. The idea is to create an Emotions Diary to reflect and record our emotions, using animals, colours and drawings. 1. Tap add to start. 2. If Shyness was an animal it would be a hermit crab, dragging around its shell, so when it feels out of its depth it has somewhere to dwell. Create, using any Seesaw tool that you like, a slide in which you represent daily situations you go through that make you sometimes feel shy and insecure. 3. mic Record yourself saying how we can accept and let this emotion go. 4. Tap check to submit.
