Follow along with the guided instructions. 2. 💭 Think: How was that activity for you? What does it feel like to focus on your breath? Did you notice any Hubbubbles appear? 3. Click Add Response. 4. Click the video to record yourself talking about your experience. How does it feel to sit and focus on your breath? Did you have some Hubbubbles come up as you sat there? What were they? How did you help them calm back down? 5.
