3. If your teacher wants you to practice, choose check work once you have sorted to check your sort. This will tell you if you have sorted correctly. If you have not, go back and check the sounds and sort again.

This sort is part of Collaborative Classroom's Being a Reader sets. In this activity, students will sort words into two groups - one syllable and two syllables. This activity can be a mixed response activity. When assigning to students, you may choose "Practice Mode" or "Assessment Mode."
