Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

This activity was initially made for Kindergarten students and introduces them to list writing. This story is very silly, but it's full of wonderful BIG vocabulary words. This would be a great book to introduce "spicy" descriptive words as well. Here's just a few I jotted down while listening to the story: shrieked, sheepishly, frightened, angry, exhausted, awkward, feverishly, delicious, crushed, collapsed, muttered, pastry..etc
