(2.NBT.6.), Solve word problems involving dollar bills, quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies, using $ and ¢ symbols appropriately. Example: If you have 2 dimes and 3 pennies, how many cents do you have? (2.MD.8.), Make sense of problems and persevere in solving them. (MP.1.)

Student Instructions

Find yourself a great opponent. ☺️ Both open this game on their computers or tablets and click add . Student with shorter last name rolls the die first. Both players place that many pennies, nickels, OR dimes and places them next to Roll 1. Other player rolls and both build next to Roll 2. Roll the die a total of 7 times. Both players add up to find their totals. Check each other. 🏆 is the player closest to $1 without going over! Click draft or check .
