Each day, choose an activity from the selection of photos to warm up and strengthen your hands and fingers before writing. Keep in mind what you have available to you at home (e.g. pegs, sponges, muffin trays, cereal, tongs, tweezers, chopsticks, containers, patty pans, toilet paper rolls, scissors, wool, nuts, screws and bolts) Tap Take a or of you doing your finger gym exercise.
