Become An Inventor.... We've been learning about how people have created new things to make life easier and more fun over time. Now it's your turn to create something new for everyone to enjoy! 1. Tap the to watch the Kid President video, "How To Be An Inventor." 2. Think about something new and useful that people will want or need. 3. Tap to draw your ideas and load it to your journal. 4. Write an advertisement telling customers what it does, how much it costs, and why they should buy it or use it. 5. Using your own "junk box" or recycling (plastic bottles, toilet paper rolls, string, cardboard scraps, aluminum foil, toothpicks, really anything) build a model of your invention. It's okay if it doesn't work, yet. Use your imagination. 6. Practice saying your ad at home with your best salesperson expression. 7.
