Teachers, save “Simulations Lesson 5 ~ Wave on a string” to assign it to your class.

1. Click on and read ALL of the instructions on pg1 carefully. 2. Click on the picture on pg2 and open the simulation. 3. Choose different settings in each of the green settings boxes. 4. Click play and watch how your changes affect the wave ~ try loose end, no end and changing the damping and tension settings. 5. Choose your favourite simulation settings and take a screenshot or snip, and use Ctrl V to paste into the space on pg3. 6. Answer the questions on pg3 with extended answers. 7. Click on the to save your work to your journal.
