Math Curse 1. Tap the to watch the video. Tap full screen view to enlarge the video. 2. Listen carefully and follow along to the story. 3. When finish think about all the possible math equation you have in your homes. 4. Go around and find 3 different math equation you can make with things around you home. Addition, subtraction, telling time, or fractions. Use the book as examples. re-play the story if needed. ex: I have 2 pancakes to eat if I cut them in half how many do I have? We have 6 lamps in our home, if I take away 2 how many do I have? If I wake up at 7:00 and it takes 15 minutes to eat, and 15 minutes to get dressed what time is it? Be creative, have fun! 5. Write your equations down either on paper or in seesaw and explain your mathematical thinking! 6. Tap or to show me, then to explain. 7. Tap to submit to your journal.
