Teachers, save “Letter to the Editor: Philanthropy” to assign it to your class.

Choose a philanthropy or something you feel is not fair in society to write about. Use the graphic organizer to make notes. Then, on a separate sheet of paper, write a persuasive article to a newspaper editor, trying to get people to join in your cause. We will brainstorm and write for a total of 30 minutes. To write you will need to create a new note from your Seesaw journal.
