Positive Attitude Reminder

It's important to think positively! Match the positive mindset thought with the one it should replace. 1. Tap Add. 2. Tap Label and move the positive statement to the correct sticky note. It should replace the negative thought! 3. Use or and tell about a time something was hard for you. How did a positive attitude help you? 4. Use Check and upload to your journal.
