Decide who will be the athlete and the coach first. The coach calls out sight words for the athlete to spell with a movement for every letter. The athlete lifts the bar up high for tall letters, rests the bar on their chest for short letters, and puts the bar at their feet for letters that have tails. The coach records the athlete spelling the word, and then switches jobs.
