Student Instructions

1. Select a single verb. It should be an action that you can easily demonstrate to others. Also, keep an eye on the timeline. Once someone has used a verb, re-using it is not allowed. (No duplicate verbs, please.) 2. Tap the video button and record a video of yourself asking someone else to do the action you have chosen using the て form of the verb; tap pause. 3. Tap video to un-pause and show the person doing the requested action as well as the aftermath/effect(s) of having done it, and then tap pause again. 4. Tap video to un-pause and record yourself reacting (via Japanese speech and facial expression) to their having done as requested using the た form (short past tense) of the action you've chosen. 5. Review your video and make sure it is your very best work, and that you could show it to your grandmother without causing offense. Tap check when you are ready to submit your work.
